I woke up this morning to find my 7 head golf ball size frog spawn sitting on top of my tube anemone... Damage looks bad, I'm sure I lost one head on the frogspawn and the tube ane has turned all white and has a bunch or frogspawn Polly all over it.../sigh... Not a good way to star off the new years... Everything has been going super!!! F$*> me

Will this effect any thing else in the tank... Mixed reef?

Run carbon, at least thats what I would do. Keep an eye out for brown jelly on the frogspawn too!

Don't give up on them. The other day my RBTA crawled up a bit and was stinging one of my acan colonies. I had had enough and finally pulled it out of the tank but the next day about 3-4 of the heads on that acan were a dark purple/black and shriveled up. I thought for sure I would lose those but amazingly the following day they were puffed back up and had returned to their normal cherry red color. Hopefully yours will rebound just as quickly.

Moving and growth can be so frustrating. My frogspawn grew so much that it was stinging everything so i had to move everything else being that the FS was so big. It doesnt seem right to have to move corals especially after they are happy but I guess thats the way it goes.

Thanks, ya I had to move it up some, also I woke up this morning to find my Duncan's under my elegance coral, this is twice in a week, I guess it's time to invest in some reef glue to keep these bad boys put, I have a hermit that's HUGE!!! I mean HUGE, seems he is walking around knocking things over, my wife said she saw it today knock my birds nest over and she fixed it, he is a gone tomorrow to the lfs... What a bummer, things have been going so great for my tank, everything growing nicely, opening up and livin large sort a speak, well i guess just another bump in the road for my reeding career.. /sigh. Thanks for the input fellow reefers
