don't stress it homie...check all your params and if they check out give it a day or two. Mine has gone a day or two without being fully extended and it's healthy with 4 little heads growing on the sides! Check the water flow, light, make sure they are moderate to high (from what i've been told by fellow reefers). by the looks of your pic it looks healthy to me

It is a frogspawn. Give it some time though it is probably still getting used to the tank
    Good Luck

+1 to JJL! forgot to answer that part lol. I agree it's a frogspawn and being that it's new just give it time.

Are you feeding it? If so what? What type of lights do you have? They like medium to high flow. Their tentacles should not be going all over the place, but there should be some movement in them.

    Hope I could help ;)

I have a 14g Bio-cube I have been feeding it Kent PhyoPlex one of the smaller fish store sold it to me sad it would be good for it. After talking to a bigger store they sad it isn't that good but use it intel i run out. and the tentacles now are close together and not really going all over

How long have you had it? You should feed it brine shrimp and/or krill once a week
