Picked up a frogspawn today with 2 heads for $20. It has another head but the tentacles on it are white not like the normal ones are a peachish color. Does that mean that the head is dead?

not necisarily. it is bleached. i will bet my bottom dollar that whoever you got that from doesnt have great lights. this coral needs medium to high lighting. it will heal over time but right now put it on the bottom of the tank and acclimate it to your lights. after it is all out for about a week put it half way up in your tank or were you want it to reside. you can also feed it mysis to help heal. Good Luck!

It may be that one head bleached for some reason. If it stll has tentacles and flesh then it's still alive and can make a comeback under the right conditions. If the whole thing is peachish it may be that the whole thing is at least partially bleached, would need a picture to be sure. I would just give it low flow, low light, even shading it partially would probably be good.

Feed it and it should recover and grow more heads.
