Fuge add on(pic)

Starting my fuge build nothing crazy. It's going to go next to my sump. The tank is custome 9 1/2" x 20" length deep can't remember but should be close to a ten gallon tank. Also had it drilled to a 3/4 bulk head. For my dsb I'll be using live sand about ten pounds, also adding some cheato that I have in my sump. Let me know what you guys think.


Made a stand out of ply wood and 2x4 I'll be painting it black.


I'll be updating as I get fittings, pipe, LS and etc.

Thanks Steve and Bob, hope to pick up some PVC fittings union and pipe tonight. With super bowl weekend don't seem I'll be doing much on the fuge.

 

Very simple and elegant, I think that would go very well with traditional Eastern decor.

 

Got a chance to paint my stand and pick up some PVC fitting and pipe. Only missing item now is my LS for my dsp. Hopefully next weekend it will be up and running. On with the pictures

Decided to do a water leak test. Didn't want to set everythin up just to find out I have a leak. Also picked some LS, it's 10lb.

 

Did some more work on the fuge today. Got the tank and stand under the DT and my piping done. just waiting for the glue to dry then all ready to go for the test run. Let me know if you guys see and issue with my set also my piping. Thanks

 

Got around to finish my install on the fuge. I was thinking of re homing my clown fish in my fuge for a month. Do you guys think they will be ok? But here is the finish install pictures.
