    my fuzzy mushroom seems to go through this weird cycle. he gets really big and beautiful then just seems to die away and get smaller... the first time I thought it was a gonner. but then EVERY time it just seems to come back and grow like crazy and its nothing else in my tank.. just the fuzzy right now he is getting bigger and bigger every day.. any explanations?

    Where in SLC are you from starfish? I grew up in West Jordan and West Valley. I still have a lot of family out there mostly in Murray.

    I know mine respond to light differently. Under stock 14 gal. Biocube power compacts they extend or fill out a lot but when I switched to a higher intensity LED set up they open only 75% of what they did before. Also, when I add Iodine or trace elements they retract quite a bit for a day or so.

    My water prams are just fine.. and light isn't the issue it's always had the same amount of light and has had the same placement in the tank for quite a bit now. So I dunno whats up with him im just happy he doesnt die lol he is getting bigger now so we'll see if it happens again!

    Im on the north end of salt lake :) I go to murry frequently and west valley. My favorite pet shop is out there. I just bought a cute anenome crab yesterday :) he is a cutie pie
