GAC and GFO

    I have recently set my tank up with a fuge and HOB overflow. I was wondering since I'm not using the HOB filter (Aquaclear 300) any longer could I put my GAC and GFO sacks in my return second of the sump? I haven't even considered reactors yet saving money for now. Just thought I could still use these extra sacks for awhile until they need to be replaced.;D

    I would use the HOB until you get reactors. Hanging the sacks gets minimal flow through them at best.
