    you can get just plain garlic juice from the grocery store so you dont have to hassle with the minced. i got a bottle of howards garlic juice from wal mart for $3, 2fl oz

    i went and bought the biggest damn jar of minced garlic they had at the super market. Brought it home, tossed on a pair of latex gloves, grabbed a filter sock and went to town. Scopped the garlic into the sock and squeezed it out. Dumped it in the trash and repeat. You end up with a nice size TUB of garlic juice, and it smells pretty strong too!!
