    My wife saw this blenny at my LFS and wanted it badly. I didn't know anything other than it looked like some type of comb tooth blenny and they didn't know the exact genus either. It was rung up at the register as "Generic Saltwater Fish" :)

    Anyone know what type of blenny it is? The colors are black and white.

    The broad white stripe would seem to rule out a black combtooth. I've never had much experience with a tribal, do they have as broad stripes as this one?

    The black combtooth seems to have more markings on his face, and also his top fin starts much closer to his face than your guys does
