Gently modified Aquapod...

Had a fun day. Sold my fuzzy mushroom rock and half of my zoas. Then promptly bought a new ricordea and some new zoas. The ric is blue and pink. The zoas are pink and blue and green and red and and and. Anywho, it was too late to take any daylight pics so I tried shooting them with a flashlight. With limited success.

 

Lost the first piece of saltwater livestock ever introduced to my tank today. A hitchhiking nassarius snail named speedy. He showed up in the live sand I bought from the LFS and started trucking around my tank before it even had water in it. Survived all the huge mistakes I made when first starting out. Now, once all the kinks have been worked out, he dies of what I can only assume is old age. That little sail was bulletproof. Rest in peace Speedy.

My lights are driving me crazy! I got the new ballasts and the bulb will only stay lit for 30 minutes at a time, then I need to turn it off leave it for a while and turn it on again. What the heck!!!
