I have a coral beauty angelfish that won't eat prepared or frozen foods. He eats algae off of rocks so I know he eats but I feed flakes, dried seaweed, frozen brine shrimp and he doesn't touch them... Will he come around or do I need to try something different

it depends on when you obtained the fish, if it was a recent purchase, i wouldn't worry. However there is a company that sells food specifically for angelfish, though i cant remember the name.

Try grinding something The fish likes into some dead coral maybe he will eat it outta that. May not want to keep him with coral after that though I'm not sure. I just heard this worked for certain fish that have trouble feeding. Also can tr y mixing garlic solutiOn with food.

    Ocean Nutrition Angel Formula

Most marine angels will ultimately need this for long-term survival and good health. Good luck with your Coral Beauty.

Coral Beauties eat Live Sponges in the wild which is why it is sometimes hard to acclimate this fish into our tanks. Most angel formulas do contain some sponge but IME to truly keep one healthy long term it is good to get some live sponge once in a while.I was lucky when I had one of these fish as my LFS often stocks live sponge.
