glass sheet

i was wondering, anyone know any place that i can order glass sheet that i can use it make a baffle in the sump?

 

your local lowe's or even a hometown hardware store should have glass mine does and this is middle of nowhere.

 

i have lowes but they only offer thin glass such as 1/8 in i am looking for 3/8 in the specialized store told me around 100 for 3 sheets it is for a 40 breeder

 

window shop might have some off cuts

 

I used the cheap 1/8" glass for my baffels in a 40 long tank works fine

why waste money in going with the thicker glass when it provides absolutly no benifit

 

I am using 1/8" for baffles and 1/4" on the walls for my fuge. To avoid live rock placement mishaps.

 

Im pretty sure you can use 1/4 or even 1/8 for a baffle, 3/8 sounds a little extreme. imo. Luna

 

Not if you are breeding little "Cloverfield" monsters. ;D
