good match

i have two orange dart fish or fire fish and they are a male and a female and they seem to to be very happy in this tank but i have had them for about 4weeks and i want to add a new fish but i have no clue what to add i am planning down the road to add an anemone or two plus some clowns by that i mean one or tow. But another problem is availability i live n central nw york around the Syracuse area and there are really only 5 good fish stores in a 1and 1/2 hour range so that factors in thanks and help

 

Hey buddy, do you have any substrate in the bottom of the tank??
(Live sand, Cruch Coral?)
Gobies and blennies are always good. If you whant a pair of clownfish, remember to get them together and baby if possible, like that you improve the possibility of them pairing. Just my opinion.

for what it's worth, I would suggest avoiding any rush to populate your tank. My only regrets about my tank which is about a year old now, occurred at the beginning when I bought and lost 2 powder blue tangs at the advice of my lfs. I finally listened to everyone here about going slow and making choices based on good research and haven't lost anything else. Also, you could purchase fish online. I've had good success with saltwaterfish.com but I know that there are other reputable companies out there. Good luck with your tank.

 

that is strange that they suggested powder blue tangs at the beginning. they are not the easiest of tangs...

anyway, i like sixline wrasse, or a clown (percula), both are docile and not a pick payload on the water quality. but do take it slow.
