    I feel a lot better, and food taste waaaaaaay different. I smoked 2 packs of marlboro reds a day for 12 years before I give em the boot, so it was tough, but worth it!!!!!

    Well, yesterday was a true test for me. My bro asked me if I could help him paint his house. LMAO....He said he was having a "painting party"....LMAO Anyways, There are two situations in which are hard for me to not smoke, one is when Im drinking and the other is when Im working around the house or on the cars. Well, while I was painting, he busted out with Coronas. Im proud to say that I passed the test with flying colors. No smoking here. ;D Kudos to me!;D Luna

    lmao! I quit for the weekend because I was sick with the flu...lol, but i have cut down pretty significantly like a pack every 3 to 4 days I think is great, from where i smoke 1 pack every 2 days or so, I even drank 3 beers and only smoked 1 cig....
