    I quit about 7 months ago and put on quite a few lbs it really suck but gald I am not smoking anymore. My wife has quit for about 9 months now too.

    Th good news for me is that it is SKI SEASON!!! 2 -3 times a week i will be at 12,000 feet getting plenty of exercise. I do this every week until the end of april.
