    That is what I said after a couple of months smoke free. Then I let myself have 1 because I knew it wouldn't bother me. A week later I had one more, then the next week 2... all because it wasn't a big deal, then before I knew it I was hooked again. Just a warning to not get lax!!

    Mission, have you completed the patch program?? What did you think of it? I'm looking to quit chewing as you know and my wife's work will pay for any of the medicine so I am open to suggestions!

    I didn't complete the patch program but, recommend it. I didn't feel that I needed to pay for "step2" when I was feeling pretty good already. It definitely helped.

    I might have to try it or the gum. That new prescription stuff is supposed to be good too. I can do the mental part of it but the physical part is what bothers me. I get lightheaded and cloudy when I quit and I have to drive a lot for work... plus drivin around with my girl.
