    I forgot about this thread. How long has been now Mission? 5 or 6 months now? I dont even think about cigarettes anymore. Which is a good thing, b/c a pack of cigarettes in Miami is now $5 (-/+). Luna

    5 months. No tobacco for me. The trend is catching on around my circle of family and friends. Quite a few have stopped smoking also. Including my wife.

    I took the plunge as well. Toughest thing I have ever had to do. (besides going smoke free for 2 months while i was in Iraq, that was just cruel) I smoked a pack a day for six years and have now been smoke free for the last 9 months. I still start to miss it every once in awhile. But will never touch another cig as long as I live. Never noticed how bad smokers smell until I was smoke free for 3 months. I will how ever enjoy a nice cigar about once a month.

    Cold Turkey !!!!

    Quite 6 yrs. ago !!! 2 pack a day smoker !!!
    First 2 months I was jones-in !!!!Got rid of all liquor in house and chewed a lot of gum , A LOT !!!!!!!!!

    July will be a year for me! BTW sunflower seeds are the contain the highest consentration of fat in the smallest package on the planet, lol... = 15 lbs in two weeks.
