I had one at my wife's b-day party a while back and I got sick as a dog! I blamed it on the fact I hadn't eaten all day and that the painters on my job where applying the clear coat to a stained floor, that was a very strong odor and I got light headed if I stayed in that room for too long. But those are both excuses for getting sick!

Just remember, you didn't get addicted in one try and you won't quit in one try either!

    KEEP TRYING

Has everyone noticed a difference in taste and smell. Since I have quit (2yrs in Sept) I have noticed that my wifes food is way to salty. I used to love spicey things, and now a lot of stuff is to spicey. And I dont like the taste of soda anymore. I am so glad I quit, cause they raised the price a buck recently and they are getting ready to raise it another buck soon.

I think the newly found sensitivity with taste is universal. Smoke deadens one's ability to taste and smell. I'm quit 6 years June 5. It seems your senses come alive after you quit. It's a great thing.
