I have it growing like crazy on my back glass. Its in spots, like dime and quarter size. Should I leave it alone and let it grow or should I be scraping it off the glass?

Totally up to you. It will do no harm to your tank to leave it. It will do no harm to your tank to scrape it away. A lot of us keep at least one panel of the display tank unscraped/uncleaned. This usually grows over with coraline and some algae which ensures your snails have enough to eat and people with tangs will have a place for their tangs to graze.

Thanks. I kind of figured that. My background is painted blue so it kind of looks a little -messy- with it growing.. sometimes I wish I had the background black, which is much more neutral looking.

I will clean the sides of the glass everyday and that seems to keep all coraline off the sides of the glass, but on the back, since im not touching it, it grows fast on the back.

If you clean it off and let it float in the tank wont you spread it and that is what you want correct?
