Grim's Azoox Build

The cottage is cute as ****. The property is what I'm really buying though. The cottage is a bonus and lets me live there and save for a while so I can build what I really want. I got a hell of a deal on the place. I'm beyond excited. This is definitely one of those "everything happens for a reason" moments where I'm looking back at the past year and realize this would have never happened without the turmoil of early last year.

I have been stalking this property for 2 years now dreaming. I always had it written off as too expensive. Getting it is a dream come true.. WAY before I expected to be in a position to get it! I got a GREAT deal on it.
