    Hi i bought a hard coral from the lfs store not to long ago and i forgot what the name of the coral was, i was just wondering if someone could tell me what it is. [​IMG]

    Hard to tell since it's fuzzy but it looks like cats paw(stylophora).

    I have a pocillapora that's similar but cats paw has fatter branches. Is it pink? Looks a little brown in the pic.

    its some what brown but it has green tips

    Looks like pocillopora or stylophora to me too, regardless the care should be the same. It looks browned out possibly from too low light levels at the store or during shipping etc, make sure you have the right environment for SPS coral (high flow, high light, good calcium/alkalinity/magnesium, low/zero nitrates and phosphates).

    I would say pocillopora, can you get a closer and cleaner pic?
