IIRC, there are actually more microbreweries in the upper midwest than the Pacific NW.

That's crazy because there are a lot in the NW. Blame it on the Germans:)

Agreed about the dogfish I don't recall that Heineken was a rice beer I do know sopporo is but hey that's interesting. Have you ever had the 120 min IPA?, I never had balls to break out that kind of money for one yet seeing as its like 12 bucks for one beer lol!, those are theme park prices, but then again its like 20% abv HAHA

Yeah, I've tried the 120. It is really good... A friend had a beer sampling party where everyone was supposed to bring one 6-pack of an interesting beer, and someone picked this up and brought it to the party... I got to taste it... wish I could have tried a whole bottle. :cheesy: I'll stick with the 90 minute though b/c it's much more readily available... I'd buy the 120, but it's impossible to find here.

I forgot to mention that I also love Belgium HG beers... Delirium Nocturnum is definitely one of my favorites... I even have the correct glass that goes with it to drink it out of (all of the Belgium Ales have specific glasses that are designed for maximum flavor of the specific beer):

    LOL

No, but the nastertaste (nasty aftertaste) will still be the same. I like to drink cheap light beer when I am out in the boat. See, that way it's like I am drinking water to stay hydrated, but there happens to be alcohol in it. Efficient, huh?

Other than that 1 instance, I like good real beers only.
