    I know it's wiki, but it's actually got some good references for once at the bottom of the page.

    I'm in a neutral part of the state and it is very obvious who the NorCal youth are. Most people from the East Bay side say it while the West Bay folk try to distance themselves. It's quite interesting to talk to folks about it.

    I had a manager come from one of our service centers in Oakland and he's always say it and never even noticed when we said it back to him, mocking him. Good times ;D
