    Hi, I'm Johnny.
I have a 46gallon reef tank, and a 29gallon tank I've decided to turn into a quarantine tank. (had a bad ich expierience after purchasing 2 tomato clowns). Currently I have 2 domino damsels, 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 peppermint shrimp, 1 LTA, 1 condylactis anemone (i think) :) , and several different snails.
quick question: my domino damsels have moved into the LTA, I've never read of damsels doing this. Just thought it was odd. (have a couple of pics on profile) .

Thnx: will try to get some better pics soon

Welcome Johnny. You'll love chatting with people here. We love pics so remember to share your tank pics.

As for damsels hosting...I have not heard anyone experience that before.

Damselfish , related to Clowns, are sometimes referred to as a anemone-fish too. Damsels have many of the same distinctions as clowns do. Some damsels live in a commensal relationship with anemones but my 3 stripped has yet to befriend my Condylactis (same genus as your Domino).

I would love to see a pic of this!

Oh and welcome to 3reef Johnny

    Welcome aboard 3reef!
Best of luck to you and your tank! Don't hesitate to ask questions no matter how dumb they may seem to you...many times, that question you didn't ask could turn around and bite you in the butt and could cost you some livestock loss!
