    No, photobucket is a free website that lets you do it ;)

    Or you can go to the top of main menu at the top right of this page and click on "Image Tools" and do what it says. When at the end, just put in a smaller pixel size in the first bar and it will reformat the picture for you. Just hit finish and it will load them to your profile. Click "Photos" on the main menu and you can use the link they have there.

    and erase the http:// thats in there and you can copy and paste the link to pic ;)
