HELP. AquaC Remora Overflowing.

    Hey Guys,
    I really need a quick response on what to do. My protein skimmer keeps overflowing through the hole located on the side of the simmer. What should i do. Any one have this probelm.

    The hole in the side of the collection cup??


    It is supposed to. You attach a hose to it and run the hose down to a bigger container. Then you don't have to empty you cup as often.

    is your skimmer brand new?
    have you treated with anything that could cause the surface tension of your water to change?

    The hose thing sounds like a good idea. Thanks. No i have not treated w/ anything. It was running fine till i added a new fish yesterday.

    How high/low do u have the rubber ring on the collection cup

    with my remora i have it so the cup is as high as it can be
