    Stray?? Most likely Direct Current. Have you smelt the Koralia? Does it smell burned?

    How are your inverts doing, besides the clam?

    Absolutly,if the motor windings(coil) burnt through the inner protective coating,it very easily could have gave the tank a serious jolt.

    Ok voltage sounds reasonable... The Koralia actually burnt up and there was melted plastic. Probably the melted plastic didn't help the situation either. It actually burnt more than I thought it would before the gfci tripped...
