Help potential flood

    What is the air line peice on a remora skimmer?
    Also where is the needle/mesh thing located? I mainly take out the skimmer cup deeply clean that....I've had the skimmer now for a total of 2 weeks

    Needle or mesh wheel would be in the pump. The air instake would be connected to the inlet of the pump also some where drawing air in.

    I guess I will have to dismantle the pump..

    It is kind of unlikely that ot got that clogged in 2 weeks but when I took mine apart when it stopped working properly I found shells of those weird hitchhiker snails wedged between the needles and also bits of sand or something. So you never really know there could be stuff that got sucked into there.

    Hey everybody, currently I adjusted my collection cup after an email from aqua c....so far no floods after 4 hours...usually in 8 hours flood..
