An actinic with a purple bulb will not give a coral what they need to thrive. You need a 10,000k-14,000k bulb to give the coral the light they need to live. Purple/actinic lighting is for ascetics.

the tentacles look like they are almost decaying. they are still deflated and some brown slime is oozing out. The tentacles look like they have few faint black spots on some. It was not acclimated to the water either i just put it right in. also tissue looks worse like its peeling off skeleton. ahh :(

There's your problem. It should have been slowly acclimated to the new tank.

Brown slime could just be poop. If its coming out of the mouth. My frogspawn pooped when I first introduced it. After a week it was great

If you see any brown jelly ie. necrotic tissue, you can use airline tubing to siphon off the dead/necrotic tissue and giving the coral a bath with an Iodine solution like TM Pro Coral Cure or similar product is likely the best way to treat the problem as the iodine will act as an antiseptic and hopefully kill prevent the spread of the tissue necrosis.
