    I have the 29G biocube as well and had a 50w stealth heater in the first compartment. Even with the BioCube skimmer in the same chamber it fits in the back corner.

    I know the 50w is underpowered but I haven't had any issues with temperature.

    I am pretty sure the 100w could fit as well, you would just need to remove the small square plastic grate piece that is in the bottom of chamber 1. That gives you anothe few inces of height to fit a taller heater.

    I have since converted the 2nd chamber to a fuge which required me to raise the water level in the back chambers so I know have the heater in the third chamber.
