Ok, i let my jackass neighbor take care of my tank this week while i was on vacation, and aparently, he didnt listen to my THUROW instructions. Long story short, my sg is 1.02 (barely), calcium is at 280-300, and KH is 15 degrese!. My pH is ok though heh- so is everything else..

I have a 30 gallon with xenia, brain coral, leathers, and zoos. My Xenia seems to have bee hit the worst.

How should i increas/decrease my levels and at what pace?

to bring up your salinity you will want to do it slowly but i would say make some really salty saltwater and slowly use it to bring it back up

not sure on other stuff I dont worry to much about that stuff

did you mean your alk is at 15dkh? also is your salt at 1.020? 1.02 is kinda vague.
first I would bring your sal up slowly over a period of a couple of days then check and see where your cal and alk are.(because the salt mix contains these)
for your calcuim you want it between 380 and 450 but don't raise it more then 50ppm a day, that will also help bring your dkh down.

If you dKH is 15, let it drop on it's own. The Ca shouldn't be increased by more than 25ppm per day IMO, but I am conservative. The general rule of thumb for SG adjustments is to increase by no more than 0.01 or decrease by no more than 0.02 per day

    What is your Mg running?

I try to keep my levels at the following:

    Ca: 480
    Mg: 1600
    dKH: Between 12 and 15.

Well i did a 10 percent change with 1 cup of Tropic Marine salt per gallon of added water. My Mg is at 1500 at the moment, and yes, my salt reading is 1.020

I looked at my label for Tropic Marine and Ca2+ isnt listed with the other elements ( strot., myob., etc). Not sure if it has it.... Its a pharmaceutical grade salt at $26 for 4 kilos
