I purchased 15 hermits about 3 years ago. On rare occasion Ive seen one out of its shell dead (not the molt, the crab). Today, I counted 17. I have shells in there, but nothing that small. Have my hermits been repro-ing ...or is someone invading my home during work hours?

All of my frags were small when I bought them ...I would definitely have seen even a tiny one.

I have seen several things in my tank I know I never bought! LOL Limpets are one of them and a few other things. Odd because I dont see them for months and then all the sudden I find something new!

Funny you mention starfish. My girl calls me and tells me there is a starfish in the tank. I claimed BS and she was said she was serious. LOL I have not been home in a month and the tank pump went out back in February. I just got it up and running again thinking only the clown and a few others made it. Well she sends me this picture.

I have not put rock in the tank in over a year and a half or any other corals or anything. I have no clue where this came from or if its a star but it does look like it.
