    I am just starting with my own aquarium, it’s a 40 gal with 40 pounds of live sand and 60 pounds of marshal island live rock... it has only been cycling for 1 week so far and I actually have found 3 different types of coral sprouting from the rocks.. And getting larger. The biggest on looks like a mushroom but I’m not sure yet. It’s about the size of a pencil eraser so far, but it is bright green and there are two of them, I have a friend who thinks they are Ricordia's. The other two; I can’t even begin to describe yet lol but just tell me what you think...

    They look like shrooms, but not ricordias. At least from the pics.

    tell me about it!!! this whole thing is addicting i have only had a take for 2 weeks and i have dont countless hours of reseach and spent too many nights on these forums
