    im new to 3reef i started today and i have a 55/60 gal hexagon tank its set up to be a reef tank and i have excellent lighting for any coral and i am taking ideas to what to put in da tank all ideas appreciated;D

    for now if you have rock, sand and saltwater , your good
    and if your 1st fish is a yellow tail blue damsel and you wait 12 weeks to put your next fish in
    then you will enjoy this hobby, without any major early problems

    Welcome to 3reef! Lots of advice here. Most importantly is to go slowly and don't overload your tank. There's plenty of time after it's settled to add fish and corals. Patience will definitely pay off!! Have fun!
