    Hi all, I'm Shelley from Iowa. After 10 years of keeping freshwater I've finally made the jump(after much resistance from my husband) to a saltwater setup. I found an incredible deal on craigslist for a 150 gallon tank. Hey the bigger the better right?! So, 4 months into my hobby I'm finally registered on 3 reef. It's been a lot of fun getting started and my husband has moved over to my side, yeah! I started with A LOT of live rock that I aquired from 2 people taking down their tanks and I bought a little too. I think I've got around 125lbs. maybe more, and their fish, snails and crabs. So far things are going smoothly, well, except for that pesky hair algae, (I need some tangs). I look forward to learning from everyone in the hobby;)
