Thank you all for your warm welcomes. As was requested earlier, here are the pics of my biocubes. Don't expect much, its all just a beginning. Tank one has my puffer and clown; tank two is a species tank for a dragon face pipe fish and red mandarin; and tank 3 is currently populated with a few hermits & snails (we are still deciding on what livestock to add there).

Looking good. Nice multi set up you have going on there.
However, in pic three, you coral seems a bit closed up.

At the time of the picture that coral wasn't very open. Its a sun coral and they come from caves and dark areas. They usually open up more at night. I tried to take some good pics but they were too blurry. Maybe I'll post some later.

Thanks so much! The blue/purple coral you see is an open brain coral. He's one of my favorites. He's got three mouths. When we first got him about four months ago he was about a third of that size. Now he's a real big fatso. He's got great color and is beautiful to see when he's full. But because he's not fastened to the rock, sometimes he inflates himself with water so much and makes himself so fat that the weight will knock him off the rock. We've tried to move him to safer locations but it doesn't matter. There's just no where that is safe from his big sumo wrestler coral booty.

LOL I know its going to be expensive. We were given the tank and stand but the rest is the expensive part...hardware, substrate, rock, and livestock. We haven't started yet, right now I'm living in ignorant bliss. But when we do it, it will probably be slow, but worth it in the end. What do you have going in your 55? I'm looking for ideas :)
