We love sugar so much because we have physically become addicted because it tastes so good. Here in East Texas we eat lots of sugar and chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, fried catfish etc. We also have a lot of people in East Tx. who have rotten teeth because of their lousy diet with sugar (plus it helps if they would use the fuzzy end of the tooth brush every once in a while.) and we have a lot of inactive over weight people. We have lots of restaurants here of all types that are "All you can eat" and so much of everything is fried plus sugar is added to a lot of these foods and then of course there is the huge dessert bar.

I guess its just a part of being a Texan. [smiley=cowboy.gif]
