While I know your talking headphones. I stick almost exclusively with senn's for thier exercise style earphones. I have some hearing damage and they just offer the best quality of what I can hear range-wise. One thing I had to learn the hard way about those style of earphones. They like to give you several different sizes of rubber fitting pieces. Try them out, find the ones you like, then add a drop of super glue & glue them on. They tend to slip off & you only get 2 of each size. They can send you more if you lose one but it gets to be a pain.

Given the quality of thier earphones though, if I were to get a set of headphones I would probably go with Senn's as well.

don't know what your application is but I have and love Sennheiser RS130 Wireless Headphones

    Here's a link
    Sennheiser RS 130 - headphones - Ear-cup, Binaural

I got a second set (same base) for my wife. We originally got these because we had a baby and wanted to watch movies while she was asleep without waking her up. Where we live now though, it's not an issue but I still use them bc they are wireless and I can walk around the house jamming and dancing like an idiot.

I havent heard skullcrushers before. But all Skullcandys Ive heard have been garbage in comparison to a real quality pair. At sixty bucks, yeah, probably decent bang for your buck. But the HDJ 1000s have almost double the driver size. They will hit alot harder and have much better clarity. Id rather spend the money for more power and clarity. But thats just me. Im listening to my HDJ-1000s right now. Haha.

id have to say skullcrushers are comparable to any high quality headphone brand. i use then on my line 6 amp. and between the amp, my schecter omen 6, and my skullcrushers the sound is amazing!

What quality headphones are you comparing them to? Im just curious because their driver size is alot smaller than most of the higher priced headphones. Driver size is usually a direct correlation to how hard they hit and deepness. If a pair of headphones using 30mm drivers is beating out my Pioneers using 50mm drivers Id have to say I made the wrong decision purchasing them. Haha. Very nice on the Schetcer man. Ive had my eyes on a Schetcer hellraiser c-7 string for a long time.

Yea I was looking to get the omen eight. But it was nearly twice the price. I really like the walnut satin. As for the headphones I hav two pairs of Bose headphones a pair of wireless beats and the skull crushers. I prefer the skull crushers by far.
