    Hello to all! I guess I'll take a moment to introduce myself.

    I've been an aquarist for many years (on and off), but am just really and truly getting my feet wet when it comes to salt.

    I've had a 55g setup for a year now, and all the inhabitants are happy (2 Xenia, a Cobalt Damsel, a Yellow Tang, a Green Chromis, Hermits, snails, copes, 1 Tiger Brittle and all his micro-brittle friends, and a Caribbean Cleaner Shrimp, oh and some macroalgae).

    I just put a 4 bulb T5 ( 2 12000K/2 True Actinic) on yesterday with LED moon bulbs. My goodness what a difference! I'd always thought folks were over-reacting a bit when it came to the lighting obsession. I see (pun intended) I was wrong.

    So, there's a brief intro. As I succumb to MTS and seek a larger apartment or house to accommodate my 1,000g dream, I hope to learn a lot from all of you and maybe even find something I can share along the way!

    P.S. As I wrote the list of Dramatis Personae above, I realized I'd left my 10g freshwater tank and my Sarasa Comets off. They got my latest case of MTS started, so I can't forget to mention the Evil Fish (so named as they pull up every live plant I've tried to give them. They are well and truly evil).
