Does anyone else have a holiday birthday? If so do you enjoy it or resent it? Perk is I always have off for my birthday, I can feel like hey everyone is celebrating so I just say they are celebrating for ME!!! haha Or are you just plain tired of sharing your birthday with holiday and feeling overshadowed?

Mine isn't on a holiday but, it's a week after Thanksgiving and 2 weeks prior to Christmas. Going up it sucked, as all my brothers and sisters were able to enjoy both christmas and their birthday but, most of the relative treated my birthday and christmas as one event. Now, I don't mind it as much.

Mine is today, I feel the same way my sister is June 7th, so she gets to enjoy both as well. Mine is always oo lets go see Mike but we need to go to the bakery first and then Best Buy after...Im more or less just a stop along the busy Christmas train route. And the never gets old..."O here is one present its for both your birthday and Christmas" Hence we forgot so well just say its both haha....

Mine's on the 28th, so I always got, "We'll just make you wait 3 more days to open one of your Christmas presents". My brother and sister always had separate parties with friends and family over for theirs. So yeah, I always hated mine.

Mine is the 29th. My family always made sure it got treated separately and I always got the same amount of Christmas presents as my sister. The only downside was no birthday parties since everyone was always gone or whatever for the holidays and theme parks were always closed for winter. I had some coworkers throw me my only birthday party when I turned 18. My sister last year sent me a small bday present in July because I always wanted a summer birthday LOL.

My sister's husband's birthday is Christmas day, and my father's mother's was Christmas day. I was supposed to be Christmas Eve but waited.

Mine is on the 30th. I've never really had an issue before. My brother-in-law has his on the 25th and I have never seen a party for him lol. He just gets everything on Crhistmas. I don't think he really minds though.
