    All I have to say is that these guys are awesome! I just sent two non-working MP10's (old model) into them, which they just received at 930am this morning. I got a call just a few minutes ago telling me what the problem was with each- one has a bad controller, the other is a bad dry side motor.

    After telling me the problem with them he also mentioned that my power supplies were old and my one wet side was a bit tight and could possibly cause extra noise. As soon as I heard that I thought to myself "well, here comes the ridiculous repair bill."

    Man was I wrong! He quoted me prices even lower than what I could get the parts for:


    • 2 new wireless controllers- $60 each
    • 1 new dry side motor- $75
    • Shipping- $6
    • Refurbed wet side- FREE
    • 2 new power supplies- FREE
    Oh and BTW I will have them in my hands tomorrow... Absolutely incredible! Since when does a company actually offer better prices from their repair center!?

    It is just refreshing because so few companies actually have good customer service. I just moved and had to set up Comcast again at my new place (there aren't any alternatives in Philly) and after 2 hours of talking to a rep I was at the same place I was when I started- a non working cable box...
