    I visited the Aquarium of the Pacific on Wednesday and saw these two bad boys frothing away. They had to be at least 10 to 12 feet tall.

    MY lfs had a 8 foot skimmer on a 1000 gallon tank for a while. it actually used 3 nw pumps.

    Depending on the model of skimmer it might have the Sequence Reeflo Dart, Orca, or Hammerhead. Some models use multiple pumps. They require pressure-rated pumps to work.

    Yeah I asked my girlfriend when I win the lottery, if I could get a skimmer like that. She just rolled her eyes at me :(

    rofl yeah those skimmer are extremely heavy duty and expensive as ****!!! we have a RK2 at my work as well thing is at least 7-8 feet tall
