    nice to see, had a similar experience when the mount for my k4 broke...they sent me a new one no questions asked hydor probably has one of the best customer services the only thing is they take a little bit to respond but hey they replace the parts free :)

    going through the same thing right now, need new front covers. They simply sent me an email asking for my address no other hassles!! I love it and would recommend them to anyone.

    Digging this up from the grave.
    Recently I Had 4 of 5 of my evo's magnets swell up crack and stop working. Gave them a fast email and booom! Less than a week later 5 nice shiny new magnets.mind you some of these pumps are 2 plus yrs old. Go hydor you guys rock. Again hehe.
