Update on the Smartwave. Not sure what's causing it but my evos have started to run in reverse every other time or so. I came home to sand everywhere on one side of the tank. Unplugged it form the Smartwave and into a regular outlet and the evo worked just fine. Contacted Koralia and am awaiting a response.

Have you tried plugging the pumps back into the wavemaker?

The Koralia evos have a problem with the bushing (rubber part at end of impeller that fits into the inside of the faceplate) wearing out. Then they run in reverse. I haven't had this problem myself, but I've heard if you unplug the pumps and plug them back in a few times, they will run normally again. Hydor is great about replacing pats though.

Yeah, I've unplugged them multiple times and even flipped the plugs around. Nothing seems to be working.

I have had my 750's for only a month, just unplugging one to mix my saltwater once a week and I already had it running in reverse once. Please let me know what hydor sends back.
