I thought my alergic reactions to them was over. I fed my puffer tonight and without even touching my face/eyes and with washing my hands with soap and water, my eyes are red, itching and burning! i hate it!!! GAHHHHH why can't he be an easy fish and not be picky. I think i'm going to try some krill, i'm getting tired of being alergic to his food

WOW, that sucks. I just recently got some from Reefcleaners and my fish are loving them. I would hate to deprive them of good food because I couldn't touch it.

    Feel better.

i had tried using gloves when i first started getting alergic reactions, but they just got to be a pain, but then for a while up until now i hadn't gotten any reactions to the bloodworms, but now i'm getting them again

yea, my puffer loves bloodworms, i've given him live, but mainly frozen, it's the only thing he eats. And thanks it's almost gone now, just a little burning/redness usually lasts 15min but it hurts like hell

haven't tried live brine shrimp, i've tried the frozen mysis and brine soaked in garlic that i give my other fish, but he just spits it out, maybe theres a chance he'll go after those

would a spoon work? like a measuring spoon? defrosts and hold the stuff all in one and then you wont have to touch it.

hey our puffers sound exactly alike, such picky eaters

that would work, but i would still need to touch them to cut the cube with knife
