    Hello all,

    I had a great experiance today with an order for my overflow that I absolutely have to give this guy credit for; one of the best experiances I have had when placing an order.

    The guys name is Dave, owner of: WhataFish Home Page

    I bought an overflow box around 3pm EST on ebay from Dave, about an hour later I get an email from dave telling me he was sorry but he was out of the overflow I had purchased and gave me a few options on how he could correct the issue.

    1. If I wanted that specific overflow he gave me an estimation as to when he would have them in stock again.

    2. He offered me an upgraded version of the one I ordered (next model up) at no extra cost.

    3. Refund my money.

    Well of course I jumped on the upgrade. ;D

    By now its around 4:30, 5pm EST and I am thinking, "o.k. now lets see how long it takes to actually be packaged and shipped", figured it would get sent out sometime tomorrow.

    Was I suprised to get an email from Dave again appologizing for the mistake and telling me the package was on its way and sure enough it was because right after that I get an email from Fedex giving me the tracking numbers.

    I just had to share this with everyone, this guy was just fantastic and actually showed that he cares about his customers which unfortunately is tougher to find these days. Dave has definately earned my business and I will definately look at his products before others just because of the way he treated me and the situation.

    Yes it was refreshing to actually have someone selling something actually accept that they messed up and do whatever it takes to correct it. :)

    I have ordered from him also. Small selection. Kinda like he is just getting off the ground, but great service and prices. I always check there before buying.

    Nice to know someone else has ordered from him and was happy as well. :)

    If he is just starting out he seems to be going about it the right way, keep the customer happy.;D
