can't seem to get rid of ich on my clown tang. was treating tank with "stop parasite", but it seems to clear up a little, then come back.
bought a cleaner wrasse, and 3 cleaner shrimp, plus 2 neon gobies, but still nothing helps.
the other fish in tank are fine, but it has already claimed my beautiful yellow tang. please advise.

    Try a UV filter

And if you dont keep reef - then copper is the best stuff to use

putting him qt and treating him with copper is no doubt the best way but, as soon as you put him back in the DT the ich will no doubt get him again.

    Catch 22 im afraid

    most certainly not

Just give it time - feed him garlic, make sure the water is pristine and he's not stressed!

funny thing is, some days he has no spots on him, then others he does. i put alge rubberbanded to shells in tank, and he grazes on that, for food. he really does'nt eat the food i put in tank. i always soak the food in garlic.he's very active, and seems to love the alge.
