ok people i attached a photo which i know isnt very good(taken with my iphone which has no zoom) but i was hoping someone could help me out a bit..now just left of the centre of that photo(photo turned to the left) is a little green thing with a reddish centre poking out from the rock. you cant see it in detail in the photo but yea those are the colours and it kinda looks like a bunch of little tentacley things, not sure how to explain it really.
when i saw it yesterday i snapped a pic of it and when i looked back a minute or so later it had retreated halfway back into a crevice and a minute later it wasnt visible at all..i
i tried to take a macro shot of it when i got home from work today but it wasnt out at all..
anyone have any idea what this could be goin off my crappy description and poor photo haha

Looks like a polyp to me. Neat little hitchhicker. Just a little extra ya got. They do multiply under the right conditions to form little colonies.

My tank is only a week old, so very early in the cycling process, any chance of this surviving?
