Bigger pics would be great. Doesn't really look green enough to be bubble algae, so a closer look would help.

I don't think it is. I agree a bigger pic or closer shot would help.

Definitely not bubble algae. I have no idea what they are. They look somewhat like a tunicate.

Tell us about them. Do they move around? Do they irritate your coral? How fast do they grow/appear?

They are on one of my first pieces of coral that I have just put in the tank so I dont know much about their behaviour yet sorry. Didnt notice them til got home and put them in.
Could they maybe be eggs of some sort then? I will keep an eye on them and try post updates

    Thanks for looking

Yeah, definitely not bubble algae, and my first thought was tunicates too LOL. My 2nd thought was eggs. Very strange, I have no idea!

just to follow up, i think you may both be right with turnicate.

they seem to have little openings like a mouth, they dont seem to be annoying the zoas at all.
    should i leave them?

i think this may also be a much bigger turnicate under my other zoas?

They won't hurt anything, they're filter feeders.

No they won't do any harm. They don't always do well in out tanks as we do not seam to have enough of the right food for them.
