    cyno. what are ur PO4 and NO3. i think they like silica too if im not mistaken.

    increase your flow as well, as cyano likes calm water

    flow cleared mine up quick. readjust your powerheads and it will clear up quite quickly

    Most importantly get the PO4 and nitrates under control. I would be surprised if you can find something to eat cyano. More flow.
    If none of that works try red slime remover .. but it will probably come back if you don't make flow and chemistry changes.

    Increase pH and alk.... Increase water movement and water changes with RO water. Limit nutrients, use carbon or replace old carbon, make sure skimmer is working and if possible use O3.
    Most inverts/fish will not eat, some do Clibanarius tricolor(dwarf blue legs) supposedly do as do Ctenochaetus tangs aka bristletooth tangs.

    Don't worry just about every tank has seen cyano once in its life!!
