    i have a feeling it a Pipe Organ Coral , i will post pic in a few. but my Q is under a t5 how closed do he has to be? will it be ok on the sand bed in my tank ?

    If it is a pipe organ it should be fine on the sand.

    Those are clove polyps. On the sand will be fine.
